Referred a friend and nowhere on their flyer does it say u get the money after u donate next, it says after they donate a 2nd time u get the referral bonus, they are terrible about explaining things, they never said i had to donate to get it! Starting to see why people are going to the other place in town..also got deferred because of a "rash" and just like i said, it went away, just irritated from what i do at work! Nope, no infection just like i said! Glad i stayed up 3 hrs after working a whole 9hr shift for nothing! Ugh..

Awesome place to donate plasma, very friendly and helpful. Yes it sometimes takes awhile, but that is because it is busy. If you bother to set up an appointment it will go faster. I asked why it is kept cold in there, it is because that is the temperature it needs to be to keep the plasma and other fluids at the proper temperature. All the staff is friendly and will take the time to get to know your name. Just like anything else in life, if you are positive to them they will be positive to you.

This place is dope! Everyone understands and excels at what they do there. They answer every question with positive answers and a knowledge of the subject at hand. Someone commented about salad. We had enough salad for everyone, not a gluttonous employee. Thanks for making me not get the other job btw. Appreciate that. Definitely recommend coming here to make money! Everyone who works here makes you feel equal not just another person taking up space. Thanks yall

I have been going here for about 8 months. Yes it is very busy at certain times but my experience has been that I get through in a pretty good time considering how busy it gets. Staff has always been nice and professional to me. I did have one bad stick and the guy just walked away, he will never get to stick me again. Everyone else is very good and checks on me as I am donating. I like the place and the staff.

VERY SLOW! Workers have no since of urgency EVER!! Wait times are ridiculous. They remodeled saying it was going to make progress easier and more efficient. Well they lied.

Long wait no effort to hurry employees and set up are very lackadaisical and unorganized. Structure they have there makes for a slow process.
