Warning!!! This place uses bad practices to swindle your money from you. I was directed here by the other facility on 90. I had bought a nearly 300 dollar set of mattresses at the store on 90 then a little while later bought the bed rails that go underneath so I could convert my daughters crib to a bed. The set the store on 90 sold me were the wrong size and they accepted them back with no issues. Then they call the Stewart street store to see if they have some, they did. It was late so I waited a week or so to go get them and when I get there I mention the situation to the store manager and he was very helpful in finding and selling me what he thought would work. Before I purchase them I ask him if they do not fit if I can bring them back and he says absolutely. So some days go by as I am preparing for school to start back and I finally get around to putting the bed together and the rails are like 8 inches too long. I go to take them back and I am told that they will only do store credit, well unfortunately I do not need 25 dollars worth of anything there as most of the stuff they have is trash. I tell her that the nice older gentleman said I coud bring them back if they did not work out. She calls him and he tells me he never said that and store policy is no cash refund. Needless to say at this point I am pretty upset. The other store sold me the wrong thing and I had no issues returning them, then this goofball (who I did not realize was the manager until later) sells me the wrong thing and basically persuades me that they should work fine only to say when they do not that all I can get is store credit. Just be warned this place must have bad sales to be that uptight about my 25 dollars. There a better shops with way better stuff, yhat treat their customers way better. You are better off not shopping here unless you do not mind being scammed, do not say I did not warn you.
