The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I went there yesterday and I was kicked out because I step outside to put something in my car. Also Mrs Connie (staff member) acts like a dictator of some sort. She called a police officer over to kick a man out as if he was going to attack her and she needed protection

Ernesta is super sweet and funny. Natalie is a great phlebotimist, got me with one stick and took great care of me when I got faint. The wait is long, but super worth it. They are very professional (much more so than the downtown location) and this location pays more. Definitely recommend them.

Lines are too long, machines be freezing up & breaking down. Not enough pay, the workers are lazy... it takes 10mins to get hooked and 30 to get unhooked when finish. STEP it UP or at least PAY more
