I have been donating here since they opened and they have been slowly losing quality over the past 10 months. When you get into the back of the business they are alright when it comes to taking the plasma. There have been few mistakes to that regard. The issue is when the ladies are screening they seem to have little interest in you as a person. They want to treat you like a piece of meat and shove you out the door as soon as possible, which is a little strange when there is next to no one waiting in line. It is sad because they will talk about you as soon as you leave the booth, in a big gaggle of all the other ladies there. Or there seems to be some complaining about little pay or thumbing their cell phones. It seems a simple enough position for the amount of pay, something close to start at 10 dollars an hour. So if you can get past some of the rude reception staff screening you the process is okay if not some very long lines on the weekends.

The staff is so friendly, very pleasant, very professional in what they do. They donation center is always very clean, the staff is very organized, and operations run very smoothly at CSL Plasma Donation Center on Lewis Ave. in Toledo, Ohio. The only donation center I will EVER go to and the ONLY one I would ever recommend to anyone thats interested in donating as well.. Keep up the awesome work to the staff member! I cant believe anyone would call this staff rude or unprofessional. The entire staff from the front to the donor floor to management are awesome. The place is clean and process is the quickest of the 3 plasma centers.
