Mary needs to do a better job finding suitable security guards. The one security guard there is a complete lunatic. Today he clubbed an individual with his security baton because the individual was sitting down in line. There is no reason for tired people to be forbidden from sitting down as they wait for services. The lack of compassion and understanding is disgraceful. There is no reason for a security guard to get violent because people want to rest as they wait in line for an hour. It is a shame that Mary hires such people to enforce such stupid and arbitrary rules. They know that there is nowhere else to get help so they feel like they can treat people like trash. I will never go back there again.

Came looking for help because i lost my job and housing i was pregnant and had one child already my sister was already there and instead of giving US our own room she places me and my two kids and sick mother in with her and her 6 kids her staff is extremely rude and disrespecful she put US out over doing laundry she dont listen to you she goes off what her staff says she dont wanna hear your side of the story she just rolls what her staff tells her so if you need a place id perfer you to go to PSP because Manny, Mary jo and her fake nuns are a joke...... Manny told US Mary built this place for the somali familys and thats why they treat people the way they do....

Every time I went to get help she always turned me down. I asked for I.d in 2005 she turned me down. I asked for a bed in 2010 she turned me down. I became homeless and had 4 kids in 2014 she turned me down. I came back 4 mins later needing help, again turned me down.2016 became temporarily homeless with now 5 kids she turned me down..so we slept in the car until space became available. Thanks for helping me to become stronger ill be writing a book. And this will be a feature.
