1. The employees are RUDE RUDE RUDE! 2. You can bet your bottom dollar that you will take at least one thing up front to pay and end up getting charged a different price than what it is supposed to be. The employees will argue with you even if it has a price tag on it and you WILL NOT walk out with that item @ the price it should be even if they are proven wrong. 3. The clothes and items at this goodwill store are CRAP. They are for the most part in bad condition and sometimes an item can cost more used at goodwill Hutto than at a real store. You can buy a lovely pair of dirty Predictions (payless brand) shoe for 7 bucks - 10 bucks or would you rather have predictions boots for 15.99? 4. Goodwill HELPS NOBODY SO STOP DONATING TO THEM! They hire disabled and mentally challenged people, pay them minimum wage and treat them like they are slaves. I know because my elderly grandmother used to work for them and it was horrible the way she was treated. Goodwill is a scam company. Before you shop or donate here check out consumer reports and you will NEVER buy there again.

I lost my walking cane so I went to Goodwill. I asked a young man if he worked there, and he said yes. I asked him if I could speak to the mgr. And he took me to her. When she finished with the customer she was assisting I told her I had lost mine and if they had any . She showed me to the ones they had and she picked the best one. We went to the front so she could scan it and tell me the cost. When the price came up it was all I had. I told her i would have to pass on it even though it was obvious i needed it because i had to choose between eating or purchasing the cane. She asked another employee to ring it up and paid for it out of her own pocket. That was very kind and much appreciated.

Ive gone to this goodwill several times a month over the last three years. Before, there was super rude staff who I didnt even like to make eye contact with but now there are new people who are polite and helpful. The manager always says hello to me because she recognizes me and I appreciate that. Merchandise wise, I noticed the dresses are priced higher than other goodwills in the area... But to get nice service I just deal with it. Good selection of shoes dishes and furniture. Some weeks I go and find nothing and some weeks I hit the jackpot and buy a basket full.

They are much better, especially employees are better than round rock locations. even though there are not many items to choose. It is a place to go when you are not afford to buy new cloth. They are pretty kind and not forceful for their pity donations. I recommend Hutto location and donation is totally optional. They are very kind and nice. Keep it up!

The Goodwill store in Hutto Texas is unique among other Goodwill stores. Hutto is a small town with a big heart. The donations of merchandise here not only reflect the generous nature of this town, but also its history. I have purchased some awesome relics there as well as one-of-a-kind homemade treasures. Go to Hutto and see for yourself.

Goodwill is a bad joke. Their prices on used items are often equal to or cost more than new! They should be ashamed of the way they do business. They get most items for free! They should be more helpful to the community and sell at more fair prices since the blessed people in third community just HAND THEM THEIR MERCHANDISE.

Very well kept store, nice and organized. Nobody was at the desk to checkout and I saw afterwards there was a bell at the other desk to ring for help, but not the counter I had seen an employee standing it just before. Weird.
