Mostly friendly staff, but i am so sick of excuses why i cant donate. I get turned away because my pulse is to high has been the latest excuse. One day they tried to tuen me away because the chick couldnt keep the bp cuff on me saw the nurse and she was like the hell worked fine for her. Some of them are not competent at all and this syand here sit here stand back up bullshit on a big pwrson of course pulse is gonna be high. Like i said staff is mostly friendly but the one dark haired chicks attitude is nasty. What irritates me is most of these,people are trained for this job i have experience but cant get a interview. Nice facility though

Terrible experience. I thought it would feel great to help save a life, so I went online and made an appointment. I drove over an hour from Littleton to Longmont for my appt only to be told that "I was not in their zone" as far as zip codes go. It says nothing on the website about having to live in the area. Over two hours wasted and no one benefited......feeling sad.... :( They could at least put it on their website to check with them to make sure you are in their "ZONE"...

My mother has been there twice once a month ago and once this morning. The first time they said her Iron was to low, then this time here "vain is to close to the tendon" to me it sounds like they have no idea what they are doing and have some unproperly trained staff that work there. Stay away go some where else with staff that are trained, knowledgeable, and confident in their abilities to do their job.

Very Friendly and kind staff I am in and out within the hour depending on how busy they are. they constantly check on you during the process of donating. staff is very knowledgeable and when i have a question they fully explain things to me until i do understand. Their Supervised play area is super clean as well and very friendly.

Unfriendly... Terrible management... They dont even know what they are doing... If you want some 18 year old college kids sticking needles in your veins than that is your choice.. Pathetic plasma center and ill never come back.. Only 25$ for three hours of your time??

Just donated for my first time today. I was extremely nervous but they were all very understanding and so nice. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was very professional. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be donating again.

This place is great. I transferred to longmont from loveland had small issues with the transfer but nothing to huge or to lose sleep over. People are just as friendly and inviting as loveland. Thanks biolife longmont for being so friendly
