My first time donation eas horrible and then I was told by the "oh so sweet" (sarcasm) lady in medical (Olga I believe her name was) that I could not donate due to supposedly "being sick" when I disclosed that in fact I have YEAR ROUND allergies. After that she started to argue with me and basically called me a liar about my history and then had the nerve to say as I was walking out that she was permently deferring me.. everyone there that I came in contact with that day was very rude and acted like it was a burden to them that I was there and doing their dumbass process that was a total waste of time!!! I would NEVER recommend this place at all not even to my dead dog!! If you want to donate call or go to bio mat plasma centers are soooo much better and much more professional, and they will actually explain the entire process to you and not act like your a burden by being there.

Dirty. They dont even use the disposable bed liners in between their donors, leaving dry blood, sweat, and dirt marks splattered on the beds. Employees dont change their gloves between donors, im sure cross contamination and infection are rampant in every single surface you touch. This is supposed to be basic medical hygiene. Employees have ghetto, loud, side conversations across the halls as they stick the needle in you. One girl was gossiping with a co worker while poking me and too distracted to turn on the machine, and walked away laughing. So i sat there for ten minutes with a needle in my vein before i had to raise my hand to get someone to turn on the machine, even then the girl just said "Oh my bad" SMH. This place is dirty and unprofessional. I will upload pictures of their dirty stained beds soon for you to see. Donate elsewhere you have options not this place

Wow they must pay people to write good reviews; probably use hacker robots to do the job. If I could give it a half star i would. The employees, the "technicians" are ghetto loud mouth. Basically street thugs with white coats on- cuss, burp, FART, and laugh out loud (LoL?) about it. At one point the group of girls started twerking in the corner while donors laid on their beds giving their sweet plasma, yeah most have their headphones on but still, its not professional to twerk in front of donors... they should at least pay me to watch these big girls jiggle and roll I heard one female "tech" shout out to another male "tech" with gold teeth- WHERES MY BIG DADDY @?!. and i got this odd suspicion that was her pimp outside of work. Woudnt doubt if they sell drugs in there too. SMH. These people have no shame. Only reason i donate there is to get my weed money

This place sucks!! Wasted 3 days and over 6 hours and still was not able to give, they seemed to only want donors that are drunks or drug addicts, was told by 2 diffrent staff members I could come in stoned on Marijuana and they would take my platelets, but wont because of a medication i am on, but yet I can give whole blood with no problems, tell me does this make sense, stay away!! Staff are rude and do not know what they are doing, place is dirty also, Needs to be shut down!! BEWARE!! You probably catch something!!

First time donor, and successful! I got there early (9am) and the process was lengthy before even donating (which I got into a chair at 11:30ish) but the staff was super awesome and the facility was well kept. Only issue was I was feeling a little light headed afterwards and wanted a water but the vending machine needing stocking.... I will definitely be returning thanks to the ease and expert way the staff did their job.

This place is a joke! There staff are unprofessional. . I live 27miles from here and my wife and i donate and they have are file and numbers and didnt call us to inform any body that there not leting children in the center and its 114 out and told me i half to wait outside! I will never return to this center. Thats very inhuman to do to a little boy with no warning.

The staff supervisor is absolute garbage! I needed a doctors note for high heart rate and I brought it it and he proceeded to tell me I was lying because a word was spelled wrong and refused to call the number on there to verify it was my doctor and not me writing the note. He also called me stupid! Go to a different center not this one they are trash!

This place was very awesome, very very clean, awesome customer service, friendly workers, facility is absolutely spotless, makes us first timers feel comfortable thank you for the awesome work and making my first time very comfortable and fast keep it guys thank you again! Highly recommend this place!

This was my first time donating plasma and the helpful and friendly staff made my experience very positive. Even though they were updating to a new computer system and the wait times were unusually long every staff member that I encountered had a smile on their face and were very professional. I will definitely go back!

I called ahead of time requesting for new donor sign in times. I was told 2:00. I arrived at 1:31, rude lady at front desk told me that I was too late, they stop accepting new donors at 1:30. So I drove from 7th street/bell to come here to 97ave/Peoria for nothing, just because of ONE MINUTE!

They have no consideration to client requested A***** to change gloves after handling 2 screening before me and she lied to my face and stated I was the first made my fill more difficult for being my first time ever donating their staff have made it difficult for me yo want to go again.

I have been to a couple different plasma centers in the Phoenix area and this one is by far the best facility. Everything happened really fast the place was really clean and the staff was really friendly I highly recommend it best place in Arizona to donate plasma

Worst employees ever I swear they hired nothing but kids who knows ware they found them out the gutter mexicans and who knows what else I wanna tear the wall down but I qouldnt because It the cleanest center ever!!!! Only reason I have 5 stars

Donated here 6 times so far and no problems. Definitely check the busy times on Google though. It can make the difference between 15 minutes from when you get in until you get in the chair and waiting 2 hours from when you come in.

The staff is very unprofessional. They are very ghetto.They treat donors like all drug addicts. The bonuses are scams. The make excuses to defer your donation, making you unqualified for the bonus. Very low paying also..

It takes a few hours to go thru the whole process but once ur hooked up to the machine it should only take 30mins to 1hr. The donating part goes by fast. Just bring something warm because it is pretty cold in there
