Takes forever to donate! Other places I have averaged an hour total and here it can take up to 4 hours! Entire facility always reeks-full of stinking and dirty donors and beds are not wiped down between donors. Bathrooms do no have garbage cans so the sinks and floors are full of garbage. Parking lot full of loitering people and have witnessed multiple arrests as well. Broken glass and drug paraphernalia are a common sight on the property. Atmosphere is similar to the welfare office or a county jail. CSL needs to stop letting street people donate- I regularly see the same people donated who earlier in the day were panhandling downtown. Students prefer not to come here due to the high volume of street people and long wait times.

I had all my documents when I arrived but instead of my SS card, I had my W-2 for proof of a SSN. The lady at the front desk checked it for me and said all my documents were fine. I had to wait 40+ minutes just to finally get called back and told that since my W-2 did not have my middle name written out, they could not take me today and told me to come back with something else.That is something that could have been told to me right away and I would not have wasted any time!

Excessive force applied to wrist when as Employee named Davis asked me to keep eyes open. They have many rude intake personnel, and no one smiles during a majority of the visit. The CSL plasma in the valley is a much more enjoyable place to donate and I would highly reccomend that center. As many times as I donate and help this company stay in business any kind of appreciation or good service would surely be expected.

This plasma center is great, went into my first donation today and the staff was helpful and answered all of my questions right away! Very clean, professional and nice environment. The only downside is it took me three hours to get out on the donating floor because of how busy they were.

they permanent deferred me because that my vein are not good and that in one of my arms they said that there is a tenant under the vein but there is no tenant under there they also went in the side vein and made my veins leaked in my arm and gave me a big bruise

I was sat down for a medical approval and waited two hours before I spoke up to some one. Then some one gave me a card to wait for medical. Two hours of my life wasted to do some ones over sight. I know we get busy but look at the person waiting for TWO hours.

Not so great. The place is kinda grungy (Valley Location). The beds are not wiped down between donations. I was 26th in line for a screener the last two times so I switched to Octapharma. Now it takes me half threw time to donate.

I have great rapport with just about everyone here. For the most part the staff is great, I will say there are a handful of people that work there that are rude and unprofessional but All and all it is a great center !

All these people talking crap about Csl they must be talking about the one in the valley because the csl on Monroe is very clean, has very nice staff and only takes up to 4 hours on your very first donation.
