So it turns out this location has affected 3000 + donors because of not doing their job correctly they cannot donate did have good reviews about this location today was not a good review I was told that I needed blood drawn and it was not drawn on the correct day weeks ago and it was not put into the system weeks ago so therefore I cannot donate this week because of untrained employees wasting my time and my gas so I cannot donate this week on the days that I want to donate thank you very much for wasting my time. 10/2/2017

Again, who is managing these places? This months (august) bonus advertisement notes 15 on 5th and 30 on 8th donations on the website. In this facility there is only a 60 on 8th poster (same august Olympic themed), and I have not seen any of it and I will be hitting my 9th donation before the month is over.

The new system is no good second month in a row I got screwed over on my 8th donation just cause they booked on appointments which makes no senses am a regular been going there for a year now, am switching back to airport more convenient to your time also some of the staff have the ugliest attuditueds.....

Regularly takes over an hour and a half to get stuck, if not just two hours- instead of apologizing to those donating when this happens, the staff will proceed to act like a bunch of giggly high schoolers (guys mostly) and act like your time is meaningless.

Workers literally takes there time to assist you and also some of the workers are very rude. Also the place is very cold. Got there at 10:55 am as a new donor and literally was waiting til 12:20pm for a physical. CSL Plasma is way better than these people..

Do not donate unless you have 4 hours to kill (1 hour being forced to stand up, 2 hours waiting in the back feeling ignored, and another hour in the chair...possibly longer) They ruined everything with their digital "improvements". Switching to BioLife.

Very friendly staff, always something good on TV, very quick and efficient. 50$ first 5 donations, then its 25$ first donation and 30$ the 2nd. Different bounuses every month.

I would get it 5 star if they will close at 7 pm LOL but besides that this the Best Plasma center I been too And Texas so far.get seen super fast :)
