The experience that I had at Courtesy Nissan was great. Jennifer (I think that was her name) kept up with me throughout the week to keep us informed of the progress of the repair. The work was completed within the time frame that she communicated in the initial discussion. She contacted me on Friday and told me the vehicle was complete. She communicated with the Service Manager that was covering on Saturday and I had no issues picking the car up on Saturday. When I picked the car up, the Service Manager went over the paperwork with me and explained what had been repaired. I have had a reasonably loud noise on the vehicle for quite some time. I had attributed it to tire noise because it was there when I was still running on the original tires and it actually seemed to get worse when the new tires were installed about 6 months ago. I was pleasantly surprised and elated to find out that the technician that tested the vehicle had noticed it, had looked into the cause of the noise, had diagnosed it as a failing wheel bearing and had also repaired it. This made for an extremely pleasurable drive back home! We also truly appreciated the use of your courtesy car while our car was being repaired. This made it convenient during the week it was being repaired and also helped tremendously with the logistics of picking up our vehicle after the service was completed. Do not buy used cars here. They claimed to do 150 point inspection on their used cars. Before selling it. After week of owning the car I bought from there. The rear brakes were bad the driver rear wheel locked up because of it. The intake hose from the air filter had a huge hole in it and the air filter was never replaced. The cabin air filter was never touched full of leaves and mold.. First test drive of the car the front driver brake was sticking so bad the car shook on the highway and they only greased up the caliper float pins and pads just so it worked for two months. They claimed they fixed it. The passenger side lower ball joint is bad and need replaced now. They wanted over $6,000 for it but the blue book value was only $4,000 or less which they agreed to.

This place SUCKS!!! We found the perfect vehicle online and called to speak with a salesman. We live 8 hours away so we were unable to shop in person. We found out all of the additional details and told him that we wanted it. Within ten minutes, we had spoken with our bank to confirm financing and tried repeatedly to contact our salesperson... He did not answer our repeated phone calls. I finally called the dealership and asked to speak with a salesperson. They transferred the call to the person we were dealing with and he stated that the vehicle had sold. We had already rented to go make our purchase today. I am beyond pissed!!! As a person who was interested in making a purchase, I would anticipate the same courtesies as someone who was on the lot.

Steve listened to everything I had concerns about and understood any questions & concerns I had. I went online searching for a new KIA Sorento. One of the first responses that I got was from Steve Paytash at Courtesy in Moline. Since I live 60 miles from there he gave me helpful directions. He had found exactly the model that I wanted and presented terms for the purchase that I felt was fair. I bought my certified used Kia in December 2015 and so far I love it, very nice car. I just wish that the detail shop spent a little more time in the detail and cleaning of the car. 1. I found the registration and several other papers belonging to the previous owner. 2. There were about 10 laffy taffy wrappers in the backseat map pocket, what a sticky mess. 3. I found two whole chicken nuggets underneath the drivers seat...EWW...
