My experience at Laukemper Motors was FANTASTIC! We set up an appointment ahead of time, and upon walking in the door, everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help us in any way possible. Our salesman, Tim Slagle, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for our needs, wants, budget, and less than perfect credit. Tim was extremely helpful, professional yet personable, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Larry (Financial Department) assisted us greatly in working with our credit to find the perfect vehicle, and both he and Tim stayed an hour-and-a-half past closing time to make sure we drove home in our vehicle that day! Our experience with Laukemper Motors by far exceeded any expectations we could have possibly set! We will DEFINITELY return as customers, and will also be spreading the word to others! I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from these guys. I will say it was the best vehicle trade experience I have ever had. All that was involved was a few emails and a couple of short phone calls and we had a deal and all of the arrangements were made for pick up. When I arrived, my new truck was ready as was the minimal amount of paperwork. Lucas Christensen, the salesman, was very helpful to go over the tech features and set everything up. Beside Lucas, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, the new car sales manager, the finance guy and the general manager. All in all they were a great bunch of people to deal with, friendly, very laid back and never a hint of any high pressure tactics. The drive from South Central Kansas to make this happen was well worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wow...just amazed on how great the experiance was to buy a 70k Corvette. We tried to buy a New corvette at several local dealers here in lake county IL and none would let us even drive one. Which is a joke and made us feel like we could not affoard to buy one.... Long story short ...Mr Lee Brown sold me a corvette and delivered it to my house 700 miles away. He took video and pics of our new corvette being driven off his showroom floor. Was way easier than buying any car we ever had at a local dealership. Great experiance and look forward to buying from again. The prices they offered just blew away any local dealers in Chicagoland area. We look forward to upgrading our 13 wrangler to a 18.

My initial experience with Larry was less than ideal. Larry came across as not being very friendly. The deal was dead and I planned on driving to Chicago for another Ford Mustang.
