When I first went into this place I was very impressed. The store was clean an organized unlike many second hand stores I have gone into. I had just recently moved to Missoula and was seeking out furniture and a new refrigerator for my place. I was able to find everything I needed at this one spot. I was also surprised to find out that my new used refrigerator came with a 30 day warranty which is unheard of in second hand stores. The couch and chair I bought was like new because of the detail to cleaning that this place does. While there Laci who was working the sales floor told me all about the Donation Warehouse. This story made me feel even better about shopping there. The store it self serves as a fundraiser for the local exchange club in Missoula, MT. The store picks up items that are donated to the Exchange club and then they clean them up and repair them if needed. Then with the sale of each item the Exchange Club gets a commission off the items. The commissions allows The Exchange Club to focus on volunteering in the community instead of constantly fund raising through out the year. The main use of the funds is for their "Child Abuse Prevention Fund". I only wish my Kiwanis Club had a local store like this that would allow us to focus just on service and not fundraising. I will be back for sure!

This a great place! It gets a wide assortment of furniture in on a daily basis. I just got a beautiful leather & seude loveseat in perfect condition for less than $100! Items are very inexpensive, plus the money goes to a great cause. The staff was helpful and even held a king-sized box spring for us when we called! MUCH better than other places like Goodwill or Salvation Army!

This place has really great prices on everything in the store. Seriously, if you are a college student on a budget you need to shop here. The owners are also some of the nicest people I have encountered. Plus, its a NPO that helps local charities. What could be better? We will be going back whenever we need anything for our apartment.

And since I work with many very low income clients, it is great to know that they can get what they need there in addition to repairs on the items they receive! This is the nicest, cleanest and friendliest used furniture and appliance store I have shopped in. I have purchased several items from the store and appreciate that it is professionally run and at the same time supports the prevention of child abuse. What a great asset to our community. I have bought several pieces of furniture there and most recently a washer and dryer. My dryer experienced some problems shortly after I got it home. They came to my house and traded it out no questions asked. Very friendly service.

We often stop by to see what they have. Not a lot of inventory, but it changes all the time. Prices are very reasonable and staff is helpful. A great place for basic needs to furnish homes and usually some surprises too.
