I dont understand where they get most of their staff. I am convinced that they hire straight off the streets because most of the staff is young people like 21, 22, and 23 years of age who are not trained very well to "stick" people. many of them are rude and management allows them to get away with alot of things. no wonder they have such a high turn-over rate.

i would have to agree with brittiny on this. Yes there is good and bad at any place of work. In my experience going there i was treated with respect and caring even had a good time laugh or to. So dont listen to the haters keep up the good work

The staff are obviously trained well, they prove that they care about the donators and apart from being deferred due to bruising i love going to donate its fast and easy money.
