The current manager at this facility Shannon is completely unprofessional. Questions concerning ones religious practices should be approached carefully and in an empathetic manor. Not only was she disrespectful in her manor of questioning, but once I had the audacity to express my displeasure in her manor of questioning she decided to talk about me having an attitude in a further disrespectful way. Her and the nurse then decided to have a laugh at my expense. When leaving the donation area she made clear to another employee that I was who she was talking about earlier. So she decided to talk about me further to other employees in the facility who was not already prevy to get exchange earlier. If you can not deal with the public and your employees in a compassionate way then you should probably find another place to work.

Femal staff member extremely rude yelled at me to exit the exam room after another staff member instructed me to enter, I was just doing as I was told. I will not ever be coming back to this location again, spending 5 hours waiting in line just for staff member to disrespect me and scream in my face. 3 other staff members apologized for her behavior yet she has not onnce come out here to apologize herself. So rude. Do t wast your time coming here

I cant stand being here they will look at you like you stupid when your done it takes 30mins to get to you they reallyneed to tighting up with staff & it just depends on who you get when it comes the the plasma center half of the crew from a year ago ethier quit or got fired now you dont know what to expect but other than being rude at times its a very keepwell place

My experience was horrible. If I could give this place a negavie rating I would. That staff are rude and the whole "new donor" process is unorganized and takes way too long. If you a new donor they only take 3 new donors each hour so you might be waiting g a while. But for real for real only come if you desperately need $50.

This place is awful. The staff is very rude. My social security card had my name misspelled and they told me to bring in a W2 for identification along with my Drivers License. Then they would not accept my W2 when I came in. I had made three trips here and got sent away each time for one reason or another!

Today they were understaffed and had people sitting in the waiting area for love 3 12 hours with no exam, no kiosk training, no examination. Just sitting, suggestion: make sure under all circumstances you have a full staff, other than that these people are nice at least

Although they are currently understaff at the moment, the staff are very polite. They really do their best to get everyone in and out in a respectable fashion. I adore their work ethics!

Seems a Lil bit like free stuff being given out..... But despite the low budget feel, staff seem to take their job seriously.... So the overall experience is somewhat smooth!
