This was the BEST PLASMA FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I have been to another CSL plasma location and have also been to an Octopharma location and both have been dirty, disguisting, the employees were extremely rude, and the time it takes to donate is REDICULIOUS. Whenever I would go it would be an all day event that Id do on my day off and made sure I didnt have anything planned that day. Oh my god today i donated at this location and I walked in the doors at 1:45 and left at 3:45 while being a new donor! This place was EXTREMELY CLEAN the staff was extremely friendly and nice and really professional. 2 hours out of my day I can handle. Now that im not a new donor and dont have to do the routine start up info this process will be even shorter! Love this place and definitely coming back!

The place is clean, fast, and the front staff is very nice. I only have one real issue and that is the professionalism of a couple phlebotomists. I have had to come in later in the day a couple times because of my work schedule and had to hear the moans and groans of the stickers. My daughter donates and said she saw a phlebotomist got up from donating and stick someone while she was off of the clock. Kind of a turn off but overall better than other places.
