The staff was nice, but I wasted an hour of my time as a first time donor 1st being sent away to get something to eat as it was more than an hour since I ate last. Then going through all the registration process, vein checks, finger prick, answering the questions on the computer screen, only to be Disqualified in less than 30 seconds during my physical due to my seizure disorder. Even though it states on the website that having seizures does not automatically disqualify you. You have to be seizure and medicine free for 3 years. Simply stating this on the website or starting with the physical first, would have saved me and them a lot of time.

Wasted over an hour of my time. Took down all of my personal information after waiting an hour and then deferred me six months because the woman could not find a "suitable vein" in one arm (even though the other was "great"), no explanation of what that meant or what I could do about it. Will a vein grow in six months? It was my first time attempting to donate and I will not be trying again.

My fiance has been going here for a couple months now. After today we will not be going back. Seems she always gets denied because her protein is too low the days she is suppose to be getting a bigger payment. She drinks the same protein shake every time. Liars and cheats, that is what they seem to be. I will warn everyone about this place.

First time there on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, never donated plasma before and last time donated blood was in 2006. Never knew there was a difference between donating the two. Everyone there was very respectful and pleasant to make my time there most positive experience as possible. Process moved along in a timely manner.

Ive only donated a handful of times and each time was pleasant. I even passed out in the waiting room and the staff responded quickly and were nice about it.
