I had the pleasure of buying a new car from Rich Pintrick at Classic Chevrolet in Lake City Michigan. Rich Pintrick was a true pleasure to work with. Rich was able to answer all my questions and and would return my calls quickly. This is my second car that i have bought for Classic Chevrolet in Lake City. I live an hour away from this dealership and leave my hometown dealerships to travel to this dealership because they are so friendly to deal with. If you are looking for a new dealership i recommend this dealership with Sales Rep Rich Pintrick. Rich will be my sales rep until he decides to retire.

I recently bought a 2006 Yukon from Richard. We submitted an online quote to trade in my Trailblazer to see what we would get for it. We did that on a Sunday night and Richard responded almost instantly and set us up with an appointment for the next day. We went into the dealer expecting to walk out of there with the trailblazer. We were there for almost 3 hours and Richard was wonderful. We ended up leaving with the Yukon. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle. Anyone in need to a vehicle we always tell them to go to Classic.

I have purchased my vehicles over the past 20 years from Classic and it is always a great experience. I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala from JP and he was what every salesman should be. JP was knowledgeable, friendly and not high pressure and cared about my situation without judging me. He has called me since just to see how it was going with my car and you don"t see that personal touch much anymore. I have recommended Classic Chevy and JP to get a fair and honest deal. I will buy my all vehicles in the future from JP at Classic.

This is an EXCELLENT dealership. The sales person was terrific during our buying experience and stays in contact with us (Larry Emery), the parts guy (Ezra) was very patient and responsive as we figured out what floor mats we wanted, and obtaining touch up paint, and service department has changed oil / rotated tires twice now - both times the scheduling (and rescheduling) of the appt was easy, and they were on time or ahead of our scheduled appt. I am very impressed with this dealership.

I bought my Traverse back in July of 2013 and I continue to bring it in when it needs servicing. Dale was very helpful and compassionate as I had just lost my husband two months prior. He helped me immensely as I wanted to trade in my late husbands truck and get a vehicle that would be better suited for me. Each time I come in for service, Dale will usually pass through and take the time to check in and see how things are going. I greatly appreciate his kindness.

Recently purchased a used Ford Fusion from Chad at a good price. Drove it a few days and check engine light came on--they apologized, took care of the issue for no charge, and gave me a loaner. One week later check engine light came on again, and again they made the repairs at no cost, and gave me a nice truck as a loaner. They took care of me no questions asked--THANK YOU!!!!!
