Was going to go this morning but after reading all the comments about how it takes 6 hours just to make $50. Should be at least $100 if your donating your own plasma and also waiting that long. The hell with that. I have the universal blood type that can donate to anyone so if i go they better treat me like a King and have me in and out of there in 1 hour.

This place is horrible so I call first make sure i can transfervfrom another octapharma they tell me no just come in as a new donor as long as i havent donated in last 7 days to make story short they didnt let me donate .employess give out wrong info and the manager there is stuck up and doesnt care about nothing but money.

Overall job experience was great. Ability to learn new medical procedure and learn phlebotomy. If you have a short temper; do not apply to this job. Donors are often rude and may curse at you when they feel they have not been treated right (as always). Do not go in making friends. Gossip can ruin you at this facility.

Octapharma plasma is the worst...The staff are rude and incompetent. One lady had a attitude and handled my husband roughly while taking his vitials signs. There was bloody cotton all over the floor in one of the booth...Im glad I walked out...The manger need to hire better staff members that do care for the donors.

They need more STAFF! To wait as long as we have to and get very little money for our time, gas and plasma donations while you are making a killing off of our plasma. The staff needs to be nicer and not take there anger out on the patients and use us as a pin cushion. Be gentle and respectful!

As far as the saline goes, the first time you go, they hook it up. When you are done donating & they are taking it off you, they tell you, the next time they will not put it unless you ask. But they tell you to drink plenty of water before & after going..

This place suck . The works there always have a attitude they will not answer the phone and if they do answer they put you on hold abd never come back too the phone when you keep calling back they never answer when they see that its the same number

They were pretty quick, the price was good. The only downfall is if its close to closing some of the staff start cleaning and that seems to be priority rather then removing donors that are finished. The wait is not long though.

I tried to donate at the fort worth center and they were horrible, rude and inconsiderate. The staff here was welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this center over the scrappy Fort Worth center

the employees are rude and i was supposed to get 75$ for my fifth donation and they only paid me 20$. opi SUCKS. BioLife is so much better and faster. OPI is slow and inefficient. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Never no help at front desk. Have too stand in line over 2hrs just too get finger prick because there is only one person doing the screening. Slow and so unorganized must be the motto around here.

Some donors are divas, but most of the people are kind some are mean to a certain extint but mainly just blunt about saying things. Oh and did I mention the cute hispanic guy in the lab lol

Took 3 hours to donate, an usually only takes a hour, no i wasnt dehydrated, they just dont care anymore!! I have donated here off an on for 3 years, and its the worst ive seen it
