I am a first time donor and I had no issues at all with the entire process. Going in I understood that it would take some time. From the time I checked in, to the time I walked out the door, it was a total of 3 hours; the actual donation took about an hour. The person who did my physical stated to me that they are aware that people complain about the length of the process, and they try their best to make it go as quickly as possible. All the staff were friendly and respectful.

I have been donating plasma here for a while. Everyone is always so nice and they are always looking for ways to improve your experience. In the last year they have improved the wait time and it has been even better. I really enjoy going to biomat where everyone is friendly, I can read my book while I donate, and save lives with my plasma as well as earning a little bit of money. Plus the money adds up and really helps with bills and Christmas!

Free money but ultimately is not worth it. They are worse then dealing with the DMV. The amount of hoops you have to jump through is unreal. Even when you bring the documents in they request about half the time they find something wrong. Whether it is lease agreements or mail to verify your address they will find some reason to not accept the information you present. Two hours of my life I will not get back.

What a crap hole! Took way too long the first time then I came back and got permenantly deferred because they said they ran some "test" and it came back showing some signs of hep C. Went to an actual doctor and they did a bunch of test with my blood and everything came back negative. Now I owe money for all the tests and waisted a ton of time. This place needs to be shut down for good!

This is the closest thing I have ever gotten to free money. The service is fast, friendly and the pay is wonderful *insert fireworks*! I originally came in with a fear of needles (yes, I was desperate) but after just a couple of pinches and some friendly service I realized that everything would be okay. Now, I am a regular! And not gonna lie, their movies are on point.

I waited 2 hours before I found out my name had been "skipped" along with another donor. I should have known they were this incompetent when I first arrived as there was a donor that had also been "skipped." That poor guy had been there 4 hours. If you go, make sure you know their sign in sheet better than they do and prepare to wait...a long time.

I have had multiple problems with their blood pressure machines not working properly. They are old and out dated. They told me I had a fever of 99.6. I asked for a recheck. They refused and deferred me. You drive down there, give up 3 hours of your life. They should recheck. I checked 3 times at home and nit once over 79.9

I like this place a lot. Whenever I need some discretionary I can go here and the people who work there are nice and can be funny. I wish that I got more for the plasma but it is what it is. The bonuses are nice. Though I do wish I knew more about the effects from donating plasma.

This is not a very inviting place to come to. The wait can be terribly long and you have to spend most of it crammed between people because of the lack of space. The staff is not very friendly or helpful many times and it makes the thought of spending time there daunting.

I love the staff at Logan Biomat. Most employees know me on a first name basis and I enjoy visiting with them. They make all donors feel welcome and go out of their way to make plasma donation a comfortable and positive experience.

Terribly slow took 3 hours one day. And the next time I went back they went all the way through my vein and cause all kinds of bruising. 2 stars because occasionally they do a good job and you can make some $

Its great to spend a couple hours making some extra money, and getting research or homework done while donating. Usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

I think you need a better educated staff. Not just training, but anatomical education to back them. Wish we had a BioLife here.

The employs seem to busy talking too fully pay attention. Making the unhook wait forever long.

OK I will have to say this is a great place to go and get paid for giving your plasma.
