I am very displeased by Unique Thrift Store. I saw a jacket that I absolutely loved and wanted to purchased it. Unfortunately the tag was not on the item so I asked if I could get it priced so I could buy it. They refused to mark the jacket and said I could come back the next day and buy it. Like I am going to go back the next day to try dig for that same jacket! I am so disappointed by their customer service because I am a customer who goes to their store weekly if not more! SO DISAPPOINTED!

Got a really good deal on a desk the last time I was there but it was quite a hassle getting help from the staff to get it rung up so I could pay for it and take it home. Many employees walked past me without making any effort to help or even ask if I needed help, even after I was told someone would be by "soon" to help me. Eventually I had to go second time to ask for help to finally get someone to help me so I could pay for it and take it home. Smaller items are no problem though.

Used to like the unique selection but they are VERY overpriced! Might as well buy new! A specific example is one time i saw a pretty worn out shirt that i had already bought NEW at walmart on clearance for $3 and they were selling used for $4.99 !! People that thrift shop want deals I find no deals here for a dollar or 2 more i could shop at Burlington!!

very dirty store. you will sneeze from all the dust. and only a few workers speak English, so if that is your native language, you probably wont get any help. plus, the workers that walk around the store are creepy, and the males that work there, will rub/brush up against the women customers. i wonder if they have background checks. thumbs down.

This place is awesome if you want to look for great old school vintage items. I manage to find a working PlayStation 2 slim console for just under $15 when shopping here. Such wonderful treasure shop indeed.
