I am lucky to be even be out alive! Never again will I ever face this place again. People are crazy, the environment is repulsive and made me sick, the staff are cruel and heartless and treat us like prisoners, the food is so disgusting and people probably spit in it for all we know, need I need on. This place has made me a survivor. Heave my warning. Anyone who is homeless and in need of help, DO NOT COME HERE. I piss over top this hell!!!

Confusing when you first arrive due to the emense amount of people there who are in need. I was there to get assistance with food from the SNAP program and once I found where I was going, staff made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure to me. But they offer so much more to homeless or others in need. Including, day housing that no doubt saves lives during summer afternoons when the desert heat reaches 115 degrees.

i went at this catholic church this morning with a guy , im not his family only help him with a ride and one girl so nasty the name JOANETTE SALAS abuse severely this guy , and we have several witnesses , just because he ask about a help he need . we are thinking go to the police to putt a charge on shes name . i want answers ASAP, because i will do everything in my hands that this worker is punished by the law oF USA .

Wish they could figure out how to make the process a little faster. That would help a lot on crowded days. But, overall... I LOVE THIS PLACE. Mostly, I love "shopping" for my own stuff, like a real grocery store. #Dignity

They help you get state aid, feed you, have a food bank to get groceries and those are just the services i used It is all located on the campus which makes it very convenient for those with hardships and/or homelessness.

The front desk sends you to the side double doors for help. The employees are flirtin with each other... once they acknowledge you ...they tell you they are not helping anyone until November 27th...come back then....

Very helpful Organization for people who are down and out. The only downfall is that if you make even a penny of income they cannot help you. You have to be 100% jobless.

Some of the security staff were rude. But the other staff were extremely helpful. If you need help or want to volunteer it is the place to go

the guards there were mean. the place has no system, they change rules and policies everyday. fights erupt every night inside the dorm.
