Although the kiosks get slow and the wait can be long, the energy and communication is very good. I feel that the donors in S. Mpls come down too hard on staff at this CSL, there will be some drunk ppl out side trying to come and disrupt and the staff does well with keeping them at bay. And I have met some of the best phlebotomists here. Overall, decent place in my opinion.

I go to the U and wanted to donate for some extra cash, but a girl at the front desk named Kayla a brunette that would either be on her cell than to talk to me; she was so RUDE and talked to me as if I was scum for coming to donate. I never stepped foot back there, but ill never forget how I was treated.

Not bad but need a dedicated "receptionist" for phones and front desk so other staff is free up to perform their duties too.. Other than that great. I used to donate long ago at old dinkytown location :)

They kept having me watch the video and come back multiple times with different paperwork and then after the 5th time of coming and spending hours there they said I cannot donate. WAIST OF MY TIME!

Lake St The Worst CSL Ever. Staff Very Unwelcoming and Unfriendly. I Waited 30 mins to get to the kiosk 2 hours in the screening line and a hour in the back . very slow
