I filled out the info on the site on a Thursday. I received a phone call within 24 hours, on Friday. I was informed that I would receive a phone call from the tow on Tuesday morning about pick up. I actually received that call Monday evening. The tow arrived to my house by 6:30 am, within 10 minutes my car was gone. Thank you Make-A-Wish for making my car donation pick up so easy.
