Clean and uncluttered store. Was welcomed by an employee as soon as I walked in. I did have some questions come up and needed assistance with a couple of things, and I received excellent customer service from the employee that helped me. I purchased a total of 5 items. I would recommend this store.

The staff are nice but the management not so customer friendly. They make a significant number of mistakes but are not very good to correct and make things right. The Vivion Road management and staff are more efficient and very customer friendly.

Organized and clean. They post, as you come through the door, what the percentage off colored tags is for the day. The items for sale are gently used and not broken or dirty.
