Worst plasma center in the history of Plasma Centers...Brittney who is a illegal Mexican has the worst attitude and she should not be working there if u ask donors...This place is Affirmative Action at its finest if u want to get stabbed in the Arm then go here they r terrible plus the wait is horrendous!!!

The positive reviews must be from employees. This place is the worst. Rude, ghetto management and workers. 3 to 4 hours is standard here. The employees spend too much time giving out attitudes and speaking on their personal lives.....UNPROFESSIONAL.

After being told a change of address form was a sufficient form of proof of address the woman rudely told my husband that his was unacceptable. I will definitely NOT be referring friends there anymore. Very unprofessional.

So slow. New donor process takes to long. No wonder why they are offering 70 dollars for new donors because they must loose alot. I dont even know if it is worth going back for the rest of my 4 70 dollar bonuses

Very slow there is about 2 employees that work fast there the rest are in slow motion and have not a care in the world if those two girls are not there plan on staying a couple of hours

Very friendly experienced staff! But they have this new process they takes forever. Went from taking no more than 2 hours total to donate to now 3.5 hours for a returning donor.

The staff is very friendly. I enjoy their different personalities. Just have to time when you come in or the process can go very slow because of how busy they get.
