I work as a case manager for a non-profit in the Columbus area. Many of my clients utilize the services of the Furniture Bank, as they are often moving into new homes with very few personal belongings. The Furniture Bank staff has always been really helpful, respectful, and sensitive to the needs of the clients that come through to utilize their services. I am so glad to have the Furniture Bank in Columbus!

I tried to do good and donate a PERFECTLY good working stove and when the drivers got here, they would not take it because it did not have the power cord, which I used on my new stove. Seriously??? 15 bucks at Lowes

I would give zero stars if possible. Rude is too kind a word for the staff. What is available looks like rejects from a trap house. Truly shameful.
