DIRTY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This place was awful! The wait times were ridiculous and once I finally got back to the donor floor..no one would help me. I waited in the bed for more than a half hour until finally the guy next to me yelled at an empolyee and said "Yo this girl has been waiting here forever". I had to ask to have the arm rest cleaned because there was a blood spot on it. Once I got stuck ...dude missed my vein and gave me a hematoma (fyi i have HUGE veins and have never had trouble donating in the 3 years i have done it in another state). I watched as the staff talked amongst themselves as a tried to get there attention. Because it happened on the return i lost blood and nearly passed out. I would not risk going here....very very unprofessional.

I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience, I was there over 2 hrs and watched them treat people bad, A deaf man was there and they would not help him with any of the questions nor would they let his relative. They were irratated by this man and banned him from donating. I heard non stop complaining about their jobs and the people who come in to donate. I was shocked at the language used infront of me. It was very unprofessional. Everyone clearly hated their job.

CSL plasma is among the most unprofessional and rude atmospheres Ive ever been a part of. The staff spends too much time socializing with each other rather than focusing on the donors. Ive never seen a place where management allows such unprofessionalism among its employees. Even on the slowest days it takes 45-50 minutes for a technician to even stick you. Absolutely the worst business Ive ever gone in to!!!

Wow that sucked. We drove over an hour to get there. My boyfriend looked at the requirements and then went there. They then told us to show his license, social security and a piece of mail. He had his license and social security, but we never read anything about having to bring a piece of mail with his address on it? Thats stupid and they sent us home. It cost $15 and we wasted hours of our time.

Earn an average of 70 dollars a week if you weigh over 175 lbs. by plasma donation. If you weigh less, you can still donate, but less plasma will be taken and your payment will be less, also. The environment is safe and clean. The wait is rarely more than an hour to begin donation. Typically more like 25-35 minutes from entering the front door, to getting in a donation bay.

Despite what may have been written by the other reviewer, this location is clean and professional. I have not had any problems when I visited, and I see it as an great source of extra income. With respect with the previous reviewers idea that the location was disorganized, I have not found it to be so, at all; in fact it seems to be a well oiled machine.

Quick way to get money $50 for your first 4 donations. However, kiosk machines barely work, service is decent but when they get busy can get really poor, and depending on what day and time you go, the atmosphere can be very rowdy. Place is very clean and air conditioned, sometimes too cold. In the summer you may want to bring a jacket while donating.

Everyone is very pleasant to be around. Sometimes the wait is a little long but as someone in the medical field I understand these people are still performing medical acts and need to be careful with ckeab technique. Extra cash is nice but donating to help save a life is always important

I everything was going well, until their medical director decided people who are prescribe PRN Xanax are not allowed to donated, even if they have not taken it in months. Btw this not one of the drugs that is listed in there book, so I just wasted a 90 mins of my time.

They are very unprofessional for a plasma donating place. constantly texting o- their phones and talking to one another about not work related things. very slow place to donate due to this. they were very rude to me when I went there as a new donor.

The wait is long staff seem pretty cool . However this is ran it needs to change . I should not have to wait for an employee to set up another machine when I am done donating .... why not more money every time they make more than enough .

Not a good place to go to. Dirty feeling, bad people, and you wait forever. Only a last resort when im super broke. Im a college kid, what can I say.

Its a very long wait, but well worth it. The nurses are as busy as the place is crowded. It takes more than a couple hours just to get in and out.
