Among the local thrift stores in the area, Value Village is my favorite. While some other local thrift stores may boast a bigger sales floor and larger selection, Value Village utilizes their medium-sized space effectively by keeping a higher standard for the quality of items they sell. The clothing is always good condition, and often does not look used at all. They also offer a great shopping experience due to their newly remodeled interior, and because they keep it so neat, clean, and organized. The prices are about the same (or better) than other local stores. Additionally, they are always running a 50% off color tag sale. They have a set rotation, and on Sunday, the previous week’s color is discounted even more. So if you are not sure about an item, or willing to take a risk for an even better deal, you can wait and try to utilize those sales. Their rewards club is also a great deal, you just scan the card when you buy stuff and after a while it gives you $10 coupon. You can also return items with the reward card.

I do feel that their prices are rather fair compared to other thrift stores and they have amazing deals. I have had great experience with all staff except one individual. She has the rudest attitude and is very selective as to who she wants to be kind and courteous to. From my perspective she seems a little bias against her own race, but this is a personal opinion and not a statement. Otherwise this is a great place to shop, most items I find are still new with tags.

I love my Arc, I visit almost every Saturday and during special sale events. I recently purchased a home after living in a very small apartment for a number of years, plus I recently got married. I needed lots of stuff, furniture, housewares, yard-shop tools, and more. I find the value outstanding, the selection ever changing and the staff is always helpful and kind. I love my Arc!

Great store with lots of opportunities to find great deals. I try to go a few times a month. Sign up for rewards card and the deals get even better. Clothes, books, music, movies, housewares galore can be found. Plus they give you extra discounts for dropping off your unwanted stuff. Love this place.

I love the hunt for vintage fun stuff at the thrift stores and also great deals on everything and this thrift store never fails. I never leave empty handed and as a special bonus it helps out a great group of people.
