I found an item clearly marked $8. and left it at the check out counter for the clerk to hold while I did further shopping. When I returned to pay the clerk said it was "miss-marked" and was $25. No apology given. The store manager was also unapologetic and insisted on $25, even after I informed her this was an illegal practice. A man behind the counter then became verbally abusive and told me to get out and never come back. Are they allowed to behave this way because they are a "charity" or what?

Excellent staff who understand those who come in seeking emergency services and treat them with respect and kindness. The thrift store has amazing items and the discounts on top of the moderate prices helps supplimate the food bank and emergency service they provide the community.

Unlike Goodwill, which has become an overpriced store that has forgotten that they once served the poor by providing access to secondhand goods at reasonable prices, St. Vincent DePaul remembers and honors that commitment. They still act like what a thrift store should be.

This is one of the best thrift stores I have been to in Oregon. I found a food dehydrator for $5, and a vintage tackle box in excellent condition for $4. This store is easy to shop, nicely arranged and full of the good stuff. (Great jewelry section too)

Decent prices for a thrift store-- the selection is a little thin, but there are deals to be had. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture was a little on the high end for what you wanted.

The store is great and the people are awesome. I was already impressed with the pricing, (goodwill has me tainted) when they announced 75% off on everything. How awesome is that? ?

Who Ghost There

Weirdly overpriced and very dirty. Staff ignores your existence and will not even talk to you at check out.
