I went today June 17 2013 at the Salvation Army Family Store in Brockton!!! First I went there with my baby girl and when I was putting on the clothes to see if it fit me!! My baby was crying a lot!! so I stop it and I went to pay!!! when I was in my cousin`s car I saw one pair of shoes that I did not pay in my baby`s car!! so I retuned it and I told the girl that I will be back in a few minutes for the shoes!!!!!! when i arrived to my house and proved the clothes on me!! i knew that some of them did not fit me!!! So i sent my cousin back for the shoes and to change the clothes that did not fit me!!! And the girl told her that she did not know where the shoes are!!! and also told her that she will not return the clothes that did not fit me!!! I fell bad and sad!!!

Love this store, everyone that works there are very nice and helpful! There is also great items at a reasonable cost, furniture is in great cleaned condition and a great selection of different bedroom and living room styles!

They refused to take furniture, perfectly good solid wood - because it had scratches. Minor scratches mind you because its used. They want new. Absolutely the biggest farce of a company that claims to help others ever.

A little too pricey on clothes .. They over charge for quick transport . can never find a worker.. They need better management ! Put me in there ill shape that store in a month!

Big store with big selection. Friendly cashiers. Only complaint is that the racks are overstuffed which makes it hard to sort thru the kids clothes.

I live on very tight income I go to Salvation Army to find furniture and they are selling them ridiculously expensive as if it was NEW. SMH
