“Spreen Mazda in Loma Linda - Painless straightforward sales experience!” I just bought a new 2016 Mazda3 from Spreen Mazda in Loma Linda, thanks to the help of Jose Montiel the Product Specialist and Andrew Saldana the Sales Manager. I was looking for to upgrade my Mazda3 2006 to a Mazda3 2016 model. As a potential buyer I was very concerned about the price I have to pay to get a car out of the lot. I went to other two mazda dealerships in the Riverside county and the sales guys I spoke to did not seem to be interested in divulging the full price of the car. Initially I got on the phone with Jose, and I was convinced I need to go check it out. Jose was really helpful. He took me around and offered me a test drive of the car. I was impressed. I said I was gonna get it immediately. I expected the whole process of buying a new car to take the entire day, but Jose and Andrew made sure the experience was quick and easy. I came in knowing what car I wanted and Jose found one that was the color and trim that I wanted. Negotiating the price was no problem since Andrew Saldana the Sales Manager was very fair about the whole process. I brought in some documents from other competitors and he immediately matched it and gave me a discounted price. Jose was really amazing throughout the entire process. He was super nice and caring, making sure to explain the status of the car so that I was not left waiting in the dark. Jose and Andrew were both great in making the buying experience exceptional. I definitely recommend others to visit this center if they are looking for any Mazda cars.

went to spreen mazda looking to get into my first pre owned car to start off with. PETER found me an my wife looking at the suvs an i told him my situation an he brought me in to look at the selection of cars they have. Soon enough i found a toyota camery that was just perfect for me. But i backed away to go to the vw, kia, toyota, suburu dealers that were around the cornor. They had horriable coustmer service.. Yea im young an some people might not take me serious. But i didnt like geting treated that way. So i went back to mazda an asked to see if PETER was avaible sense he had helped me in the first place an way very kind an didnt put pressure. unfortunately He wasnt avabile an was helping someone with their car shoping but MAT did come to help me. We finished the paper work, an then next thing i know im siting in my first pre owned car with my wife an two kids, an im happy with my decision, an very pleased with their coustmer service! I will start this review by saying – please ensure you read through the second paragraph…We did NOT purchase a vehicle today because of a misunderstanding/misinformation regarding out of state vehicle sales taxes with the manager during his attempt to close the deal. From his introduction, we immediately knew we liked our actual salesman (Jose) about a million times better. The manager was a poor communicator; he seemed passive, non-friendly, and acted borderline dismissively when he did not understand the out of state tax laws when it comes to military buyers. The unwillingness to even entertain information that he was unaware of forced us to walk out immediately despite our impeccable experience with our salesman. Our experience with JOSE was excellent. He had a vehicle that met all of our interests ready at our arrival and was genuine throughout our visit. We can’t say enough about his professionalism and interest in providing a buyer what they want. We would have loved to purchase a vehicle from him but the manager absolutely destroyed that. I had THE BEST buying experience with Madeline Tomko, Internet Sales Manager. Madeline is the consummate professional. She began working with me via email communication, and when Spreen did not have the exact 2016 Mazda Miata MX-5 MT GT she found a way to locate the blue reflex mica that I wanted. My entire purchasing experience took place about 2.5 hours including a test drive. Madeline answered all my questions patiently and made certain that I got the package that I wanted. She stayed with me through all my interactions with the sales manager and financing, and listened carefully to what I wanted in the car purchase. Even after the purchase, she continued great communication with me to let me know that I was a valued customer. Her cheerful, positive and professional attitude made it a pleasure to buy a car --- a first for me! I highly recommend Madeline and Spreen Mazda!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Spreen Mazda! Started the process online with Ibrahem. He was super helpful and direct with our questions and pricing. What we were quoted online was honored when we got to the dealership and eventually decided to pull the trigger on a new CX-5. When we showed up at the dealership, Ibrahem not only showed us the CX-5 that we researched, but also gave us options that we didn’t think of, which was much appreciated. In fact, we ended up going with one of the options he presented to us. We also had a trade in, which from past experiences can be a nightmare. But with the team at Spreen Mazda, this process was quick and we got a fair price for our trade. Overall the whole process from start to finish took around 3 hours and we left happy! We would highly recommend Spreen Mazda and Ibrahem for anyone in the market for a new Mazda!

I Had a great experience at Spreen Mazda on my recent car purchase. Called Jose that day and made an appointment around 6 pm and told him what car we wanted to look at. Upon arriving my wife and I, we were greeted by Jose and took us outside to look at the car we had requested and he hade made ready for us, we ended up buying a different car that day, but the knowledge and patience Jose had, totally blowed us away. Jose was not working that day but when I called him to ask him if we could look at a car that day, he was immediately agreeable and give us an appointment for that evening. After test driving the 3rd car that evening we settled for a Honda Civic and was able to drive it home that day. Thank you Spreen Masda!

I have to say to saleswoman, Ms. Madeline Tomko and sales Manager, Mr. Andrew Saldana, made my purchase of the red CX-5, soooooo easy. Madeline was very kind, friendly and answered all my questions I had of the CX-5. She advised myself of options, colors, all the while never felling pressured to buy the vehicle. she showed urgency and listened to my needs, wants in a vehicle and I got the vehicle of my dreams. Mr Saldana, was very, very helpful, friendly, easy to speak too made lots of suggestions with price. I am thankful for Professionals like Madeline Tomko and Andrew Saldana for making my experience at Spreen Mazda , as good as moonshine. I will be back , Thanks again Madeline and Andrew. I loved my experience at Spreen Mazda! My salesperson Philip went above and beyond to make sure I was set on the vehicle I wanted. He did not make me feel pressured or was pushy at all. When it came to purchasing the car I felt it went very smoothly (having experienced some trouble at Rock Honda). They were honest with me from the beginning, and I ended up getting a GREAT DEAL! Our financing guy was Jimmy and he was also awesome! He explained all the paperwork very thoroughly and made sure he read every paragraph before I signed. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to buy a car at Spreen Mazda where they are truly interested in helping the customer!

STAY AWAY. I had the worst experience ever dealing with this dealership. Incompetent people working here especially the internet department and managers were even worse. They gave me a quote by e-mail. I countered with an offer and they agreed and told me to come down. I got a confirming e-mail. When I got there they made me go through two hours of questions and fill out an application. Before they told me they could not honor the price they agreed to on the phone and by e-mail. I talk to two mangers Edward and Chris who agreed they could honor the Price. Instead said they discipline the employee and her manager. Horrible Horrible Customer Service.

Walked in the other day just browsing and viewing their inventory on new 2016 models. After a short while I was pleasantly approached by Juan Ramos. I explained to him my situation and he showed me around the lot and talked numbers. Feeling no pressure whatsoever I felt very comfortable and welcomed around him. Unlike other dealerships that just want your money and out of their sight as quickly as possible, Juan Ramos, Spreen Mazda and all its employees treat you like they would their own family. I am most certainly coming back and buying from this dealership and asking for Juan. Great service, great cars, and great people.

Philip Guest was an amazing salesman. He was very friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and was very gracious in answering all of our questions. He was so patient with us through the entire process and we never once felt pressured during our experience. As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience at Spreen Mazda! I worked with Ivan and he made the process a very pleasant and easy one! During the test drive, he encouraged me to do "donuts" and even let me visit my boyfriend at his job so that he could see the car and be involved in the decision making process. I ended up driving away with the Mazda 3 and I absolutely love it and could not be happier! So grateful to Ivan and the rest of the team at Spreen Mazda for all their help! Great customer service! I had a lovely experience here! I was quickly greeted by the very friendly and knowledgable saleswoman, Madeline Tomko. I did not feel that Madeline was pushy like other salespersons at other dealerships, because I felt like she was actually listening to what I wanted in a new vehicle. One of the best shopping experience ever. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. Ivan Lopez showed me many cars. Very informative and knowledgeable of all Mazda vehicles. He made it so I understood about everything from gas consumption, power, motor, warranty, and model styles. They really helped me, with down and monthly payments. It was a great experience going through the process of purchasing a car at this dealership. Even during the busy Memorial holiday, Jessica was very attentive to my needs and made the more of a fun adventure rather than troublesome. Although much of my time was spent on waiting for my new car to be ready to drive off, Jessica made sure I was taken care of.
