If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They are racist and very unprofessional I plan to report them to the better business bureau!! Donating plasma is mentioned to help save a life they really should do a more thorough screening as I was in the waiting area a young man walked by smelling of marijuana, there were 2 woman fighting in the lobby and a man that was zoning in and out as if he was high on heroine!!! I hope they shut this facility down!!

I got her at 1230 still have been stuck and its going on 130 some staff are really good and nice but some are just horrible lady just walked away and there is 5 more people before me and management they are suppose to open at 6 nobody opens the doors til 615 and the excuse is always the same no nurse

Staff spends to much time socializing amongst each other. This place needs more help. I takes over an hour to get injected. That is ridiculous. Then it takes another 20 mins for them to recognize that u have your hand up whn the process is complete. Ridiculous!

terrible. They mess up my veins every time I go, and it takes nearly three hours to give. It only takes about 45 mins to actually get the plasma pulled. the rest of the wait is for them to pull down every person that came after me.

I gave a bad review of this butcher shop and the next time I came in they purposely sabotaged my machine so they could defer me! These crooks should be shut down!!
