BUYER BEWARE. They are much less then honest. Bought a car this summer told them before I bought it, that defrost did not work. They fixed it so it worked (said a switch was messed up). Was hot so did not find out the heat did not worked for a couple of weeks. Was told they would fix it. The heat now works but the defrost (switch does not work) just like before I brought the car. SO THEY FAILED TO FIX IT IT LIKE THEY SAID THEY HAD BEFORE I BROUGHT IT. The heat control now works but the defrost once again does not work. Then I was told they had not said they would fix just try this one thing. That I must now pay to fix the problem (the defrost not working) that they said was fixed. THEY SEAM TO BELIEVE THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS

False advertising. They somehow kept my records when i bought a used car from them. They sent me a free oil change on the mail before as a reward i guess for purchasing from them. When i went there to redeem it they said they were busy and could not do it for another month so i have to schedule. I was dissapointed because my van is due for an oil change and they want me to come back after a month just for an oil change that will take them an hour or so? I was told by the person who talked me in the front desk that they sent hundreds of those free oil change in the mail. I know UGM helps the needy but please do not offer free oil change and later on discouraging customers to come back after a month.

I went in to buy a car. They have a good selection and the staff is not pushy. They really worked hard to let me try several vehicles on test drives. The staff was very friendly even though I was in and out all day with other activities. I ended up not buying here but would recommend them very strongly. My finance banker had only good things to say when I told him I was looking there.
