OK, the items at these Goodwill stores are donated. But many of the items they re-sell are as high as new items in a regular store. The customer service is terrible, and returns are just as bad. It seems as though Goodwill Industries is trying to make all their money at this one location.

Clean store, but the way they size their clothes makes it harder to find what I want. Their shoes should be done by sizes as well.
