I got in and out of my first time donating experience..... less than 3 hours. Everyone was very polite to me. They answered all questions. When I explained that my husband would be attending night school this evening, and I was on a timeline, they answered my various repeated questions about the length of time each step would take, and helped to speed it up, when possible. The only draw back I saw, was the amount of inter office drama among the staff. Lots of, "when do you get off?" type comments. Even a brief discussion regarding some sort of conflict, with one slipped curse word. Not the most professional, but really made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Most time it an easy and effortless donation today was the worse experience i had they said i couldnt donate today due to some questions i got wrong the waited for the nurse requested to talk to the manager the lady was rude nasty and wanted to brush me off and then when i made a comment she decided to defer me for life there are a few good employees but the rest are rude and nasty to the doner and they treat the employees horrible i know and seen first hand i will deff go somewhere else but that place needs to get under control

The contract lazy, racially biased security guard would not help me. He said. "At aint my job" . Really....wat is ur job? He eas a smart ass provoking the crowd to taunt me. Im disavled n need the money. I hav no idea how service is. He would not lend a hand.....hes not worth 1.00$$ week. U r getting ripped off....then they rip u off. I read the financials on this gold mine. They made a profit of 1.1 BILLION 08- 09. They r stikin it to the little man........ Csl....cant spend loot.......cause they got it all

These people here are very rude i couldnt even get into the door without the security guard coming out yelling at everybody and being very rude to me and my friend.. If you are white i suggest not to go here because they let like 5 black ppl in front of me after just telling me i had to wait 10 mins. completely unprofessional here and and they dont know what they are doing. dont go here.

I loved this place because I was in and out of there in about 4 hours. Now this was my first time going. The staff were very helpful which made this process of donating plasma much easier. It was a bit crowded when I went, but it was worth the sixty bucks at the end of the evening. If I had to recommend a blood plasma center, it would be this one for sure.

This place has a friendly atmosphere and great staff. Although there are times they are busy the staff is quick to get the lines thinned down as quickly as possible. Their facilities are state of the art equipment with sterile plasma extraction process. I highly recommend this plasma donation center

Unbelievably mis managed facility. They allow you to purchase a vi.p. pass and use next visit to skip the line. Not the case today. I have been in line for 2 hrs. And still have 18 people in front of me...until the next v.i.p. jumps the line. This place needs serious restructuring.

I went for my first time and it took six hours however the nurse at the front told me it would take awhile because of the volume of people there. The staff was very curteous and when I started my donation they walked me through everything

IMO best one in town because they have the most efficient systems and tech. I also like that they have a monthly bonus for 8 donations and a point system. They also frequently sell VIP passes for $5 donations to various groups.
