The worst experience I have ever put myself through. For all their talk of safety and making sure you are alright let me assure you that the only thing they are worried about is grinding out the potential donors. I had never donated before and will never even think about it in the future. They put the needle in my arm, told me to raise my hand if the machine stayed in the red. The machine showed no flow repeatedly and when I raised my hand I was ignored. I repeatedly tried to get their attention and was ignored because they were too worried about hooking up the long line of donors. The lady across from me and 3 chairs down was crying and had them remove the needle from her arm. I finally had to yell out load and lose my temper to be have them remove the needle. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to try my other arm. I can honestly tell you that I will never recommend this process for anybody. I will be filling a formal complaint against them.

This place is a laugh. There is no paper towels in restroom(evidentley cant afford). They serm to let those with not much experience poke you. When you complain they say oh well. Went in there for 1st donor and my ss. Card had my nickname on it(got when i was 11/12)and license had full name(thanks fed.law-never went by that)and they refused me as they didnt know nicknames.

Extreamly slow. Need more employees. Take minimum 2.5 hrs every time. Some Employees on donating floor r rude and ignore you unless you yell. Not attuned for working class. Dont waste your time unless. U have time to waist. 20$ fist donation. 35$ second. (If over 150lbs) im a regular donor

This is a very poorly staffed place. The workers are just standing around gossiping, meanwhile there are multiple donors that need to be unhooked and hooked up. The one lady so worried about the ladies upfront and why they got on so much make up. Very unprofessional!
