The worst experience I have ever put myself through. For all their talk of safety and making sure you are alright let me assure you that the only thing they are worried about is grinding out the potential donors. I had never donated before and will never even think about it in the future. They put the needle in my arm, told me to raise my hand if the machine stayed in the red. The machine showed no flow repeatedly and when I raised my hand I was ignored. I repeatedly tried to get their attention and was ignored because they were too worried about hooking up the long line of donors. The lady across from me and 3 chairs down was crying and had them remove the needle from her arm. I finally had to yell out load and lose my temper to be have them remove the needle. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to try my other arm. I can honestly tell you that I will never recommend this process for anybody. I will be filling a formal complaint against them.
This place is a laugh. There is no paper towels in restroom(evidentley cant afford). They serm to let those with not much experience poke you. When you complain they say oh well. Went in there for 1st donor and my ss. Card had my nickname on it(got when i was 11/12)and license had full name(thanks fed.law-never went by that)and they refused me as they didnt know nicknames.
Extreamly slow. Need more employees. Take minimum 2.5 hrs every time. Some Employees on donating floor r rude and ignore you unless you yell. Not attuned for working class. Dont waste your time unless. U have time to waist. 20$ fist donation. 35$ second. (If over 150lbs) im a regular donor
This is a very poorly staffed place. The workers are just standing around gossiping, meanwhile there are multiple donors that need to be unhooked and hooked up. The one lady so worried about the ladies upfront and why they got on so much make up. Very unprofessional!
Over two hour wait they on regular donation. false advertise bonuses. less money than biolife. very rude management named pablo. will never go back i would give them 0 stars if i could
Most of the time the automated process was quick and easy, some of the attendants and physicians can use some additional training in customer service.
In general my experience was good. Most people who work at the one in Lakeland FL are great but a few could learn some customer service skills
First time was alright quick and easy $$ ready for my second donation be there when the doors open !! STAFF. WAS GREAT !! HELPFUL !!
People could be more nice there to new comers. I felt like I was pushed around alot. Not a good first experience for me.
My first time and everything is clean, the staff is friendly and it was easy to donate! Could not ask for more!
Great place if in need of money, as long as you eat right and are healthy. Great staff friendly environment

Was ok at first but slowwwwwwww now. Too many people and not enough machines...
The staff was nice and helpful. I had a good experience for my fist time.
I was told we get paid $50 on the first visit, is this true?
My experience at CSL Is always an awesome one.
Staff is awesome but they need better machines.
