Brightside has the most unfriendly staff of any of the thrift stores in Central Oregon. But the worst part is that they are duping their donors. The employees are volunteers and it seems that they can take donated items before the customers ever get a chance, so very little good stuff makes it into the store. People, if you want to donate to an honest thrift store that is doing great things donate to Possibilities in Redmond or Brightside in Bend.

They allowed a person to bring in their two dogs, however they tried to kick me and my service dog out when he reacted to them.
