After having a rough day at work i stopped in at the Copperas Cove Goodwill to see if I could find a few things. I found the store to be extremely organized and clean. The cashiers were so welcoming and helpful. They checked in on me making sure I was finding everything I needed. Even there public bathroom was extremely clean!!! I found everything I needed and then some at a very reasonable price. I had a few odd questions and the night manager was very informative and knowledgeable about their inventory and where everything was in the store. She was very friendly and made me laugh quite a few times throughout my visit. Even though there were lines of people, she welcomed everyone, jumped in with her cashiers to assist them and made the short wait feel like it was worth it. I left feeling so good and will be definitely recommending this location to all of my friends and family. I will also be stopping there weekly as part of my routine.

Very disappointing........ prices are way to high and I can find most of the items at Dollar store or Wall mart NEW for same price or little more.You,r store supposed to cater to low income Families ,how can you explain the prices you put on you,r merchandise .I am myself will not support The Goodwill store anymore I rather give my stuff to a different organization

A wonderful young man came out to help us unload the box spring we dropped off today. He was so pleasant and friendly and 7 feet tall! I told him that I really felt short at my 5ft 3in and he said the giving from your heart makes you 10 feet tall. So sweet!! A very clran, friendly place for some pretty great deals.

Last weekend I went in and one of the employees was very rude about letting me in the dressing room multiple times. It doesnt matter if I ask to be let in 100 times... It your job and part of what you get paid for.

Overpriced items. You would think prices would be very low. Boys basketball shorts $8 can get brand new ones for one dollar more
