The Burden Girls

Im so dissapointed in this location! I recently came in monday spend over 30 dollars on clothing clerk didnt hand receipt she was busy talking to other customers and came back wednesday because one of the shorts i purchased were slightly small stillhad tag in and everything but the manager said she couldnt do anything about it looked at the shorts and trough them on the counter. Its sad how for 2.99 you are lossing a loyal customer and will make sure i do not come back here and tell my family and friends about my experience. I trought the shorts in the trash outside of theyre locatio. I strongly dislike how people go by there customer service.

Located in a terrible neighborhood with a lot of construction around it witch made it hard to get to the location in the first place. When I got there they DO NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS and the employees were rude. So I donated at the haltom thrift next door.

The cashiers were extremely rude! They acted as if I was burdening them by making them check me out... I found some great buys but the employees made it undesirable to go back.
