This place is horrible i came in the first time and they ask where i stay i am a construction worker i move around alot to work but have a house i came in told them the info and they told me they couldnt help me like really then i came back with mail from my address and i get the run around again them saying my mail wasnt good enough and it was only two weeks old thats crap they want people to donate but treat people like they are murders so if i was homeless and was trying to feed myself and make money the right way my plasma aint good enough or if u aint wealthy then ur plasma aint good enough they were rude not helpful and the manager shawn didnt even try to help he gave 100 reasons why he couldnt help no trying to help great job people if u decide to go there dont its a joke go somewhere else

They wouldn’t let me donate because I didn’t have proof of address on my second visit but no one told me I needed this. Clean location but I’ve been in nicer plasma centers with better employees who actually care. Will not be back. I’ll continue going to CSL Plasma in Madison. Thanks but no thanks.
