This Deseret Industry is one of the best in the state, until recently.. they have seemed to gone in a different direction about helping customers. Yes there are alot of peopile that camp out in the yard section, but they are paying customers and some have the patience to get the good stuff as it comes off the carts. Electronics have gone way down on the quality of items that come out.. gone are the days of good laptops, computers, tvs, and anything of real value.. prices of items are way over priced but as long as people keep paying the high prices of second hand items the prices will remain the same. i have also noticed that there is a bad feeling of customer service towards people who regularly attend this location.. most of the good items are taken in the back and sorted through and sent to either different locations, or put in the back pockets of the managers..

I have shopped Deseret Industries Thrift store for 50 years. The large modern store is clean and well maintained. It has a large variety of clothing, shoes and household goods for everyone. Only drawbacks are that the store never has sales or gives discounts and sales are final.

Found some wonderful furniture here, as well as great clothes that were still in great shape. I appreciate everyone of the workers and volunteers as they do there work and make sure that you find what you may be looking for. I love getting things and fixing them up also.

They have a RESOURCE CENTER located on the top floor of the bldg...GREAT PEOPLE to talk to, very compassionate and knowledgeable. DI by itself has great prices, you can always find a gem or two there. Makes for a fun date or time with friends. #Macklemore #ThriftShop

Great place when shopping for a wedding. Also they sold me cool blue t-shirt for two dollars a couple months ago and I still wear it occasionally to this day. You may be lucky enough to find a personal gem yourself

I had good help when donating items each time. I have also been able to shop in the store. Sometimes it feels like this store is picked over with two colleges nearby. Still, some treasures can be found.

This store has a great selection of movies, games, clothes and miscellaneous household items--a great way to furnish a college dorm. Most of the merchandise is in good condition.
