The wait is horrible here! I got here today at 7:30am didnt get called for the finger stick til 9:30. Then sat in the back waiting for a recliner til 11:00. Now i am waiting to be stuck. They have plenty of beds but no staff to manage them. They need more staff and better management that can keep staff! This is ridiculous! It should not take this long to do a 45 minute donation. All this for $20! Poor management, lack of employees and when you call the corporate office to complain they do NOTHING!!!! And now the new staff is rude! I plan on switching centers! Do not come here!

This donation center has a ridiculous waiting time. Always more than 4 hours. The company needs to hire more staff to abtain a quality service for the people that make a donation to this company. The people who are managing this Building are not experienced with running a company smoothly.

Staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had, the doc was very professional and courteous. Wait time is between 5-7 hours for 1st time donors, overall the facility was clean but they do need more staff assisting in the back with the people who are actually donating

Longest wait time anywhere for anything. Even the dps. Even more understaffed than Wal-Mart. Hire people for real.
