Steel City really pisses me off. I went in there to buy a T-shirt and they sold me a motorcycle. What’s wrong with them, cant they tell the difference between a shirt and a bike? Since I had to buy it I figured I might as well enjoy it. And we have been. I have read the review about a trike with brake problems, tank switch (?) problems on and on. I can say the Freewheeler we bought has been operating without issue since 2015 when we bought it. We’ve ridden 3 season now and except for regular maintenance the only thing we have had to replace is a front tire. That of course is expected. We will not be going back to Steel City... until we need something else then we’ll go back. Keep up the good work especially parts those folks are #1.

I went to a party at Steel City Motorcycle on a Saturday needless to say I felt nervous I did not know what to expect. A man that worked at Steel City Motorcycles greeted me when I got there. I have to say he had excellent customer service skills! He made me feel very welcomed to be there, he was very attentive to my needs and told me everything I needed to know and my nervousness quickly went away. I wanted to thank that man for being so helpful and making me feel comfortable to be there and because of him I will go back to Steel City Motorcycles. I am pretty sure his name was Mike, he was bald. So thank you Mike for making my first experience at Steel City Motorcycles a pleasant one! Thanks Again! Rachel Colt

I just ATTEMPTED to purchase a 2012 honda fury motorcycle from this dealer and was treated with disrespect, attitude, and poor quality. There was only one salesman there that was nice to me, and he was not even a saleman he was the mechanic. I would like to say do not do bussiness with this place. I did not recieve a call back, they were selling me a bike that they said they could get but in the end they could not even pull a vin number. I asked the salesman to have some incentive to get me this bike and he replied what incentive would you like me to have. I tried putting a down payment on this bike to get it into the store but they were not to thirlled about only a thousand dollar down payment.

I bought my first Harley here 2013 night rod. I live 85 miles away from this dealer and have at least two a lot closer but I choose this place over them all. Everyone is very friendly and willing to talk. The whole staff is knowledgeable. I have talked to parts guys for hours with no rush whatsoever. The clothing department has helped me choose gear to fit my needs and everyone has remembered me when I return. Basil was my salesman and greeted me at the door. I will always do my business here no matter the distance.

I recently had a problem with my rewards account because of an email change. Lisa and her team had it corrected in less than 15 minutes! On top of that they called me to let me know that I had reward points expiring soon. Who does that? They do. They have always exceeded my expectations.

Got approved for the loan,an was just OK until who ever appraised my trade in said it needed a steer tire an brakes ,I left it was just inspected three weeks early,did the same thing to my friend last year ,anyway went some were else even got more for my trade elsewhere

Nothing but attitude, i tried to fairly negotiate on a bike that i knew the price on. The salesman insisted it was $1500 higher even after I showed him Harleys website which pissed them off. If you are an informed consumer go elsewhere.
