Friendly staff, never a problem whats so ever. Yes, first time took 4 1/2 hours. But after that first visit, in and out in no time. Tequila is a great energy for this business. Very friendly alwayd checking on you and making you feel very welcomed! She needs to be employee of the year there.

The staff are nice. The problem is the staff take to long to just get stuck plan on spending at least 3 hours just to donate.... I think I am going to stop donating here.... just to much of a waste of a day...

Waited 28 minutes to get taken off the machine. The staff is nice and friendly but after 10 minutes of waiting to get the needle out my arm starts to hurt.
