First, and worst of all, this chick named Renecia forgot to chsnge her gloves after she just finished sticking some guy and tried to touch me after. No way. I asked her to chsnge them and acted as if that was a normal thing to forget. They are REQUIRED to chsbge their gloves before touching a new person and this is not the first time this has happened with people there. Besides that mess, the people here are flat out RUDE and impersonal. They always try to command guests to do things they could simply ASK them to do. You are dealing with adults so asking someone to do something is far better than just telling them. They also are lacking on their cleaning of the intake rooms. They do not clean in between people and if they do its a poor job. Try harder people. This is ridiculous.

This was my first time so it took what seemed like forever. 3-5 hours. Remember to bring your SSN card and DL and for your own sake, remember to drink a lot of fluid ( water ) and avoid fatty foods and starches right before donation and the day before. The process was simple overall and once in the donation room, it only took 45 minutes, tops! Right now they pay you with a pre-loaded MasterCard and you receive $50.00 for the first five times. After that it is based on weight. No less than $25.00 - and no more than $40.00 each time you donate after the first 5 times.. You can donate twice in a 7 day period with 48 hours between donations. Bring a book and a blanket!

This place RAWKS!!! I have donated at two other centers before this one. This one is the best by far. Everyone was courteous and respectful. No attitude at all! Loved it. The donation was flawless. Kelly O was awesome. Barely felt the stick. Everyone answered all my questions and stepped me thru the process step by step. Will definately be back and bragg about them to all my friends.

Got in and out in a pretty timely fashion. Employees always offer answers and help you any way they can. Only issue I have ever had was not being stuck right and took forever to donate. Other than that always a great experience

What a great place! The staff are knowledgeable and informative. Great people. A word to the wise...eat right, bring a blanket or coat, it tends to get cold on the donation floor, and make sure your phone is charged up!!

The people who prepares your arm inserting the needle are very skilled, courteous, and informational about what to intake to improve your plasma. The room is clean with comfortable recliners.
