Okay... This will be my last time donating they are under staff. It about 30 people waiting and they are not putting no one in the chair. It only one person screening and two people on the floor the people on the floor just looking at all the people that sitting down and not calling no name. Today is June 28 at 5:39 pm. I will not return this has went down real quick to...okay to add they just put everyone in a chair about 7 worker came out of the back when they could have been calling name putting people in chairs

Worst donor spot in this city.... their to busy goofing off talking to each other having a good time to actually focus on the their donors. Ive been mis stuck 3times.. last week was my last time. You cant hold a conversation and put a needle in someone!! All alot of them do is gossip back in forth about different donors that are right in front of them!!! This place is highley unprofessional ill never recommended a soul.

The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I never even got to the door. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that I live too far away from the site. Apparently I love too far away to donate to any of their sites. I found that out after I called the Forestville office and the very nice young lady there helped me.

This facility is definitely one of the better plasma donation facilities in the area the staff are professional and knowledgeable and the center director is very friendly and approachable i had a small problem and she addressed it and handled it right away keep up the good work Baltimore octapharma

This place is so unprofessional & unorganized !!To much taking on the floor instead of getting donors in & out!!Need to hire more tech with experience.I have now been sitting in the donors chair for 30 minutes now & still no hookup to the machine.My last time coming here.

the place is cool its real busy and they are under staffed the people are nice and they get to people accordingly they try to have you in and out i would only recommend people who has time to go.

That place is ghetto went in first time in the morning still took 3-4hrs there lazy n dont care about noone they sat around n talked about nothing dont care about donors

Turned down for living outside the city a 30 minutes drive away after all the hassle with having mail should have been informed in the beginning not halfway through
