This place has slowly gone downhill the past few years. Manegment cares more about making money then its employees or even the donors there. I have seen workers amonished for closing up on time only for a donor to show up 10 minutes after after close and complain and seen them all but push donprs off of their beds for taking too long to get up.They will send workers home when things die down but not call them back if things pick up leading to rediculous wait time of up to 4 hours on top of however long it takes for you to get donate. From my experience most of the employees are pretty friendly but there are a few who give no f#$* about anything going on.

No one looked friendly! The receptionist tech was helpful to certain people. I forgot mail in my vehicle so when I went to get it I was pushed back to end of line! This should not happen, I have been waiting for an hour already just to wait another hour just to be seen, not even to donate, just to have someone talk to me! Just all around not a friendly place at all...people come here to donate to help save lives at least make the donors feel welcome and comfortable!!!

I called them and they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes!!! Everytime I call they take forever to answer. They are rude and inconsiderate and rush there work.. these girls need to be replaced with someone who is hard-working and truly cares about there job. Just a ghetto place.. i wouldn’t suggest people coming to this location

I would have given 4 stars: mostly due to overall cleanliness. There new location seems to be a big step up for what they used to have. Every time I go in, it seems like most of the staff is in a bad mood. If rating was based on customer service, they would get 2 stars.

What can I say: I was recently informed that I will have to wait nearly a week to donate because someone or something cracked my plasma vile that they tested my protein count. They need to step up there game. The pay is not bad.

The staff is extremely unprofessional & rude. Was donating for years at the previous location & enjoyed the previous staff. The staff thats employed there now is rude, slow & condescending. Ill be going to kenosha from now on.

Horrible. Waited in line for 2 hours, waited in the chair for 45 minutes. Very unsanitary. Rude staff. Bad sticks. No red cells returned. Worst experience of my life.
