Chestnut Mare

Pretty high prices for a thrift shop. Plus, sometimes they write the price ON the item itself. Very disappointing to come home just to find out that my new dress has been written on with pen :( otherwise, cool stuff and good prices on home decor and other misc items. I find something new every time. Just wont be returning for clothes, which is what I mainly go there for. Great friendly employees!

I went to The Closet in old downtown Herndon, Virginia with my sister and was immediately impressed by the quality of its discount merchandise and better than your ordinary thrift shop. There is free parking in a lot around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Small store with very limited hours packed full with everything except furniture. Always too many people for such a small space, but that means that the items turn over faster too. I usually can find something to buy. Wish they had a bigger space and more hours.
