Excellent used car staff, terrible service department. I just bought a used car and the tires are very worn and car pulls left badly, should have been replaced by dealer to be sold as CPO. they told me that the car didn’t pull and tires are fine, it was raining for a week straight and I hydroplaned I think they should be replaced for my own safety and my sons.. dash lights all came on a week after buying car, they said it had a computer update to fix the problem. not sure if i believe it, but we will see it the lights return. also, interior pieces are not original, headlamps are not original, and a remote starter was installed by previous owner that makes it difficult to shut off the car, no body there knows how to work the remote start but its supposedly a dealer installed option.. i was comfortable paying slightly more for CPO, ill probably never buy a used car here again because of the terrible service dept. they should ask themselves why any customer wants waste an hour drive to be told theyre wrong and nothing is wrong with the car.. I will update my review after receiving my car back in better condition, if there was a way to return this car I wouldn’t hesitate, I spent money on a CPO not to have to deal with stupid small problems like these.

John Machdo, who handled my account, was extremely professional and accommodating. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. He even gave me a loaner vehicle when the repairs were going to take longer than anticipated. My only complaint is the cost of the repairs were quite high. I had a lot done, but probably could have saved money not going to a dealership. Bottom line is I trust them with my car and will go back, but wont do any repairs that are not absolutely necessary to save money.

Once I purchased my car from them I never heard from them again. No return phone calls or emails. They took my lease in as a trade and said it was all set then I got a $400 bill for turning it in. I have emailed and called and have got nothing in return. I was also promised a voucher for a free trip when I purchased my car and was told it would be mailed to me. I never received it so I emailed requesting that it be mailed to me and still nothing. They did a great job in getting me to buy a vehicle but follow up is AWFUL.

I will never recommend Honda of Watertown to anyone. The service sucks, and the workers do not know what they are talking about. Even when i made an appointment, they made me wait forever. They sold me a car without the lug nut key to unlock my tire, so when I had a flat, I had to get it towed. Also, the salesman told me that I had 4 years worth of free oil changes, which is why I purchased the car, and they have not gave it to me for free. I recommend curtiss ryan Honda dealership in Shelton over Watertown.

This place is very shady, I dealt with some guy named Dave Williams who is the Internet sales manager. He tried to rip me off by making me pay more than the car is actually worth. As someone previously said, make sure you count every penny and dime before making a purchase. And one more thing, make sure you check over all the expenses because they have a tendency to try to sneak in extra options that cost like $500 extra without telling you i.e. VIN etching (its a scam). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The atmosphere at Honda of Watertown is both professional and enjoyable. When I went in for an oil change recently, Justin went above and beyond to answer a number of questions I had and was both very professional and friendly. When I wandered out to the floor, Kenny the salesperson politely and thoroughly answered all queries I had and I will be sure to ask for him when I next purchase a car. I also like the very nice, clean waiting area with wonderful free coffee. Thanks Honda!!!

I am extremely upset with this place. It’s totally ridiculous. Don’t believe what the tell you make sure you get everything in writing when buy a ew or Used car specially when you are deleting with Paul Marino He is worse person to deal with and biggest liar ever. Make sure if you are dealing with him get everything in writing. Never Ever buying car from here anymore in my life. But Service department is nice they are helpfull.

Stephanie was pleasant and efficient. The time it took to get back on the road was remarkably short . I truly enjoyed driving a beautiful, clean loaner car. On the way to Honda, I ran over a rake and thanks to the diagnostics done and an observant technician, my dangerous front tires were replaced and I felt reassured that the rest of the car workings were in order. The experience was amazingly good.

I was able to make an appointment online the day before and drop off the car the night before. While my car was being worked on I was contacted multiple times to discuss the repairs and the costs. They were able to finish all the work by the end of the day and I picked the car up at 7:30 PM (the earliest I could get there). Everyone was polite and pleasant and the car works well. No complaints here!

i really like the gentleman who waited on me. he found out about something for me which was good. but i asked for the car wash and i asked if they would vacuum and he did not say anything, so i figured it would get vacuumed. it did not. is that part of the car wash> wish he had told me. but other than that it took 2.5 hours. is that usual? but it was pleasant there and everyone was very nice

The Honda service experience was great--problem is they could not find the problem with my 2 cars. Problem--What cause random engine rev up?? Justin was great with his help and explanation. The team saw our 2 cars without an appointment. Good job just to see us. Problem still not solved; however. No reflection on Watertown Honda. Everyone I have talked to can not solve the problem.
